Club charter
- Every runner must sign in at the clubhouse and be ready to take part in the group warm up at 6.45pm
- Head/hand torches must be bought to session during the winter months (October-March).
- All runners must treat each other with respect. Any runners found to be harassing other members will be removed from the club immediately.
- All runners must complete the warm up and cool down at each session.
- Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn to each session.
- Headphones must not be worn.
- The volunteer leading the session reserves the right to refuse to let you run with the group.
- We recommend that you run with your mobile phone.
- If you stop mid-session you must not go home without notifying the session leader.
- It’s your decision alone to decide whether or not you are fit and able to run with Greenbow. If you are unsure, consult your physician.
- You will need to be able to run a minimum 5k (3.1 miles).
- Group 1 will consist of runners 8.30 minute miles/5.17 min km and faster.
- Group 2 will consist of runners 8.31 minute miles/5.18 min km and slower.
You will be taken to race nation to complete the sign up process
